Michelle’s weekly sessions (with catch-up option) have been a literal lifesaver for me. I regularly listen to one of the sessions and whenever I still get stressed I remember “hand on heart, breathe, focus”. The guided meditations are so easy to follow, can also be broken down into smaller bites and can be applied to everyday situations. Michelle’s voice is the most soothing, like a balm to a wounded soul. I would (and do) recommend her group to anyone, as it’s also good value for money
